1. Stenographer Grade II

Can­di­dates should have:

• A Bach­e­lor’s Degree in any stream from a rec­og­nized uni­ver­si­ty in India.
• MP CPCT Score Card.
• Passed Hin­di short­hand exam­i­na­tion with a speed of 100 words per minute from a board/institution rec­og­nized by the Mad­hya Pradesh Government.
• One-year Diplo­ma in Com­put­er Appli­ca­tion from an insti­tu­tion rec­og­nized by the Mad­hya Pradesh Government.

2. Stenographer Grade III

Can­di­dates should have:

• A Bach­e­lor’s Degree in any stream from a rec­og­nized university.
• MP CPCT Score Card.
• Passed Hin­di short­hand exam­i­na­tion with a speed of 80 words per minute from a rec­og­nized board/institution.
• One-year Diplo­ma in Com­put­er Appli­ca­tion from an insti­tu­tion rec­og­nized by the Mad­hya Pradesh Government.
