The age lim­it will be cal­cu­lat­ed as on 8 Octo­ber 2026.

• Max­i­mum Age for Male Can­di­dates: 33 Years

Subedar Steno – General and Special Branch

Can­di­dates apply­ing for the Sube­dar Steno posts should have:

• Passed Inter­me­di­ate or Class 12 from a recog­nised board in India.
• Passed a Hin­di short­hand exam­i­na­tion with a speed of 100 words per minute from a recog­nised board, poly­tech­nic, ITI or equiv­a­lent institution.
• Passed the CPCT exam­i­na­tion con­duct­ed by the Mad­hya Pradesh Depart­ment of Sci­ence and Technology.
• Pos­sess Hin­di typ­ing skills as required under the recruit­ment rules.

ASI Ministerial Posts

For ASI Min­is­te­r­i­al posts, can­di­dates should have:

• Passed Inter­me­di­ate or Class 12 from a recog­nised board in India.
• Passed the CPCT exam­i­na­tion con­duct­ed by the Mad­hya Pradesh Depart­ment of Sci­ence and Technology.
• Pos­sess Hin­di typ­ing skills as pre­scribed in the offi­cial rulebook.
