ISRO JPA / Stenographer Exam Pattern 2026

For Junior Per­son­al Assis­tant and Stenog­ra­ph­er, the pat­tern is:

Dura­tion: 150 min­utes
Type: MCQ / Objec­tive
Neg­a­tive mark­ing: 0.25 mark per incor­rect answer

The recruit­ment has a Writ­ten Test fol­lowed by a Skill Test. The skill test is qual­i­fy­ing in nature; final selec­tion is based on writ­ten-test per­for­mance sub­ject to qual­i­fy­ing the applic­a­ble skill test. ISRO’s recruit­ment norms also state that for these admin­is­tra­tive posts, selec­tion is based on Writ­ten Test marks while the skill test is qualifying.
