For Assistant and UDC, the written test is divided into four sections:

For Junior Personal Assistant and Stenographer, the pattern is:

The recruitment has a Written Test followed by a Skill Test. The skill test is qualifying in nature; final selection is based on written-test performance subject to qualifying the applicable skill test. ISRO’s recruitment norms also state that for these administrative posts, selection is based on Written Test marks while the skill test is qualifying.
