The Uttar Pradesh Basic Edu­ca­tion Depart­ment has invit­ed online appli­ca­tions for the recruit­ment of Ear­ly Child­hood Care and Edu­ca­tion (ECCE) Edu­ca­tors in Meerut Dis­trict through the UP Roj­gar Sangam (Seway­o­jan) por­tal. Eli­gi­bil­i­ty Criteria

Can­di­dates must sat­is­fy either of the fol­low­ing edu­ca­tion­al qual­i­fi­ca­tions to be eligible:

• Grad­u­a­tion: Bach­e­lor’s degree with Home Sci­ence as a major sub­ject from a UGC-rec­og­nized uni­ver­si­ty with at least 50% marks (5% relax­ation for reserved cat­e­gories). OR
• Diplo­ma: 2‑Year Diplo­ma in Nurs­ery Teacher Edu­ca­tion (NTT) / C.T. (Nurs­ery) / DPSE or an equiv­a­lent qual­i­fi­ca­tion rec­og­nized by NCTE.
• Lan­guage Skill: Pro­fi­cient in read­ing, writ­ing, and speak­ing Hin­di and English.

2. Com­plete can­di­date reg­is­tra­tion if you are a new user.
3. Log in to your por­tal account and nav­i­gate to the Out­sourc­ing Jobs section.
4. Search for the UP Meerut ECCE Edu­ca­tor Recruit­ment 2026 notification.
5. Ver­i­fy all pre-filled edu­ca­tion­al details, cer­tifi­cates, pho­to, and signature.
6. Sub­mit the online appli­ca­tion and download/print the final appli­ca­tion con­fir­ma­tion page for future reference.
