The Union Pub­lic Ser­vice Com­mis­sion (UPSC) has released the OTA Final Result 2026 for the Com­bined Defence Ser­vices (CDS) Exam­i­na­tion II 2025. Can­di­dates who par­tic­i­pat­ed in the CDS II 2025 recruit­ment process can now down­load the OTA Final Result from the offi­cial website.

The CDS II 2025 exam­i­na­tion was con­duct­ed on 14 Sep­tem­ber 2025 for recruit­ment to var­i­ous defence acad­e­mies. A total of 453 vacan­cies were announced under the examination.

The exam­i­na­tion fee was payable through the pre­scribed online pay­ment meth­ods or SBI e‑Challan.

UPSC CDS II Eligibility 2025

The edu­ca­tion­al qual­i­fi­ca­tion depends on the acad­e­my for which the can­di­date applies:

• IMA & OTA: Bach­e­lor’s Degree in any stream from a rec­og­nized university.
• Indi­an Naval Acad­e­my: Bach­e­lor’s Degree in Engi­neer­ing from a rec­og­nized institution.
• Air Force Acad­e­my: Bach­e­lor’s Degree in any stream with Physics and Math­e­mat­ics at 10+2 lev­el, or the pre­scribed engi­neer­ing qualification.

Can­di­dates should check the offi­cial noti­fi­ca­tion for detailed eli­gi­bil­i­ty requirements.

Age Limit

Age cal­cu­lat­ed as on 01 July 2026:

• Min­i­mum Age: 20 Years
• Max­i­mum Age: 24 Years

The age require­ment may dif­fer accord­ing to the acad­e­my and can­di­date cat­e­go­ry. Applic­a­ble age relax­ation will be pro­vid­ed accord­ing to UPSC rules.

UPSC CDS II OTA Final Result 2026

The UPSC CDS II OTA Final Result 2026 has been released on 07 August 2026.

Can­di­dates who appeared in the CDS II 2025 exam­i­na­tion and par­tic­i­pat­ed in the sub­se­quent selec­tion process can now down­load the OTA final result.

The result con­tains the details of can­di­dates who have qual­i­fied for the Offi­cers Train­ing Acad­e­my (OTA) based on the pre­scribed selec­tion criteria.

3. Click on the result PDF.
4. The result will open on your screen.

CDS II Selection Process

The UPSC CDS selec­tion process gen­er­al­ly includes:
