UPTET 2026 Application Fee

• Gen­er­al / OBC / EWS: ₹1,000/-
• SC / ST: ₹500/-
• PH (Divyang): ₹300/-

The exam­i­na­tion fee was payable through the pre­scribed online/SBI pay­ment modes, includ­ing deb­it card, cred­it card, net bank­ing and SBI-relat­ed pay­ment facilities.

UPTET 2026 Examination Levels

The UPTET 2026 exam­i­na­tion is con­duct­ed for two teach­ing levels:

Primary Level – Classes 1 to 5

Can­di­dates were required to ful­fill the pre­scribed edu­ca­tion­al and teacher-train­ing qual­i­fi­ca­tions. Eli­gi­bil­i­ty includ­ed applic­a­ble com­bi­na­tions of:

• Bach­e­lor’s Degree with D.El.Ed./equivalent teacher-train­ing qualification.
• Bach­e­lor’s Degree with the required marks along with B.Ed.
• Mas­ter’s Degree with B.Ed.
• Inter­me­di­ate with the pre­scribed marks and 4‑year B.El.Ed.
• Oth­er qual­i­fi­ca­tions rec­og­nized under the applic­a­ble NCTE rules.

Junior Level – Classes 6 to 8

Eli­gi­bil­i­ty includ­ed applic­a­ble com­bi­na­tions such as:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with the required marks and B.Ed./B.Ed. Special.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with pre­scribed BTC training.
• Inter­me­di­ate with required marks and B.El.Ed.
• Inter­me­di­ate with required marks and B.Sc.Ed.
• Oth­er qual­i­fi­ca­tions as spec­i­fied in the offi­cial notification.

Can­di­dates should refer to the offi­cial noti­fi­ca­tion for the exact sub­ject-wise and qual­i­fi­ca­tion-wise eli­gi­bil­i­ty conditions.
