Option 1 – B.Sc Nursing

• B.Sc. (Hons.) Nurs­ing / B.Sc. Nurs­ing from a rec­og­nized insti­tu­tion or university.
• Can­di­date should be reg­is­tered as a Nurse and Mid­wife with the State Nurs­ing Coun­cil or Indi­an Nurs­ing Coun­cil, as applicable.

Option 2 – Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery

• Diplo­ma in Gen­er­al Nurs­ing Mid­wifery (GNM).
• Reg­is­tra­tion as a Nurse and Mid­wife with the con­cerned State Nurs­ing Council.
• Two years of expe­ri­ence in a min­i­mum 50-bed­ded hos­pi­tal, where prescribed.

Can­di­dates must sat­is­fy the exact qual­i­fi­ca­tion and reg­is­tra­tion require­ments men­tioned in the offi­cial NORCET notification.
