DAV Staff Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility

1. PRT – Primary Teacher

Edu­ca­tion­al Qual­i­fi­ca­tion:
Bach­e­lor’s Degree in any stream with B.Ed. or equiv­a­lent qual­i­fi­ca­tion from a rec­og­nized institute/university in India.

2. TGT – Trained Graduate Teacher

Edu­ca­tion­al Qual­i­fi­ca­tion:
Bach­e­lor’s Degree in any stream with B.Ed. or equiv­a­lent qual­i­fi­ca­tion from a rec­og­nized institute/university in India.

3. PGT – Post Graduate Teacher

Edu­ca­tion­al Qual­i­fi­ca­tion:
Post Grad­u­ate Degree in any stream with B.Ed. or equiv­a­lent qual­i­fi­ca­tion from a rec­og­nized institute/university in India.

4. Nursery / Pre-Primary Teacher

Edu­ca­tion­al Qual­i­fi­ca­tion:
Bach­e­lor’s Degree in any stream with Nurs­ery Teacher Train­ing (NTT) or equiv­a­lent qual­i­fi­ca­tion from a rec­og­nized institute/university in India.

5. Lab Assistant

Edu­ca­tion­al Qual­i­fi­ca­tion:
Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence (B.Sc.) in the rel­e­vant stream from a rec­og­nized institute/university in India.

6. LDC, UDC & Assistant

Edu­ca­tion­al Qual­i­fi­ca­tion:
Bach­e­lor’s Degree in any stream from a rec­og­nized institute/university in India.

7. Library Assistant

Can­di­dates should pos­sess one of the qual­i­fi­ca­tions men­tioned below:

• Bach­e­lor’s Degree in Library & Infor­ma­tion Sci­ence; or
• Diplo­ma in Library & Infor­ma­tion Sci­ence with 55% marks along with a Bach­e­lor’s Degree in any dis­ci­pline; or
• Two-year degree in M. Lib. & Infor­ma­tion Sci­ence (Inte­grat­ed) with 55% marks.

8. Nurse

Edu­ca­tion­al Qual­i­fi­ca­tion:
