SBI SCO Eligibility Criteria 2026

The edu­ca­tion­al qual­i­fi­ca­tion and pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence require­ments vary accord­ing to the post. Can­di­dates should check the offi­cial noti­fi­ca­tion for com­plete post-wise eligibility.

1. Zonal Head Retail – 01 Post

• MBA with at least 60% marks.
• Required pro­fes­sion­al cer­ti­fi­ca­tion may include CFP, CFA, NISM V‑A, NISM or NISM 21‑A, as specified.
• Min­i­mum 15 years of expe­ri­ence.
• Age: 35 to 50 years.

2. Regional Head (RH) – 05 Posts

• MBA in Bank­ing / Finance / Mar­ket­ing with at least 60% marks.
• Required cer­ti­fi­ca­tion such as CFP, CFA, NISM V‑A, NISM Invest­ment Advi­sor or NISM 21‑A, as applicable.
• Min­i­mum 12 years of expe­ri­ence.
• Age: 35 to 50 years.

3. Relationship Manager – Team Lead – 24 Posts

• Bach­e­lor’s degree in any stream from a rec­og­nized uni­ver­si­ty in India.
• Min­i­mum 8 years of expe­ri­ence.
• Age: 28 to 42 years.

4. Investment Specialist (IS) – 09 Posts

Can­di­dates should have a rel­e­vant Mas­ter’s degree or PG Diplo­ma in areas such as:

• Finance
• Accoun­tan­cy
• Busi­ness Management
• Com­merce
• Eco­nom­ics
• Cap­i­tal Markets
• Bank­ing
• Insur­ance
• Actu­ar­i­al Science

Pro­fes­sion­al qual­i­fi­ca­tions such as CFA / CA may also be applic­a­ble as men­tioned in the notification.

• Min­i­mum 6 years of expe­ri­ence.
• Age: 28 to 42 years.

5. Investment Officer (IO) – 04 Posts

• Rel­e­vant Mas­ter’s degree / PG Diplo­ma in Finance, Accoun­tan­cy, Busi­ness Man­age­ment, Com­merce, Eco­nom­ics, Cap­i­tal Mar­kets, Bank­ing, Insur­ance or Actu­ar­i­al Science.
• CFA / CA qual­i­fi­ca­tion may also be applicable.
• Min­i­mum 4 years of expe­ri­ence.
• Age: 28 to 40 years.

6. VP Wealth – 91 Posts

• Bach­e­lor’s degree in any stream from a rec­og­nized uni­ver­si­ty in India.
• Min­i­mum 6 years of expe­ri­ence.
• Age: 26 to 42 years.

7. AVP Wealth – 73 Posts

• Bach­e­lor’s degree in any stream from a rec­og­nized uni­ver­si­ty in India.
• Min­i­mum 3 years of expe­ri­ence.
• Age: 23 to 35 years.
