The U.P. Co-Oper­a­tive Insti­tu­tion­al Ser­vice Board (UPCISB) has released the lat­est update for the Com­bined Co-Oper­a­tive Bank­ing & Tech­ni­cal Ser­vices Exam­i­na­tion (Spe­cial) 2026. The recruit­ment process is being con­duct­ed for 116 vacan­cies in var­i­ous posts includ­ing Man­ag­er, Junior Man­ag­er, Assistant/Cashier, Assistant/Typist and Assis­tant Engineer.

UPCISB Recruitment 2026 – Educational Qualification

1. Manager – 07 Posts

Can­di­dates must pos­sess the pre­scribed edu­ca­tion­al qual­i­fi­ca­tion, includ­ing any one of the fol­low­ing as applicable:

• Bach­e­lor’s Degree in Com­merce with 55% marks, or
• Bach­e­lor’s Degree with Eco­nom­ics, Math­e­mat­ics or Sta­tis­tics as one of the sub­jects with 55% marks, along with the pre­scribed com­put­er qual­i­fi­ca­tion, or
• B.Tech / B.E. in Com­put­er Sci­ence or Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy with 55% marks, or
• BCA / MCA with 55% marks, or
• BBA / MBA in Bank­ing, Finance or HR, or
• PGDM qual­i­fi­ca­tion.

2. Junior Manager – 45 Posts

The pre­scribed qual­i­fi­ca­tion includes:

• Bach­e­lor’s Degree in Com­merce with 55% marks, or
• Bach­e­lor’s Degree with Eco­nom­ics, Math­e­mat­ics or Sta­tis­tics as one of the sub­jects with 55% marks, or
• B.Tech / B.E. in Com­put­er Sci­ence or Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy with 55% marks, or
• BCA / MCA with 55% marks, or
• BBA / MBA in Bank­ing, Finance or HR, or
• PGDM qual­i­fi­ca­tion.

Addi­tion­al com­put­er-relat­ed require­ments may apply as spec­i­fied in the offi­cial notification.

3. Assistant / Cashier – 57 Posts

• Bach­e­lor’s Degree in any stream with 55% marks.
• CCC exam­i­na­tion passed as prescribed.

4. Assistant / Typist – 02 Posts

• Bach­e­lor’s Degree in any stream.
• Hin­di typ­ing speed: 30 WPM.
• Eng­lish typ­ing speed: 40 WPM.
• CCC exam­i­na­tion passed.

5. Assistant Engineer (AE) Civil – 05 Posts

• B.E. / B.Tech Degree in Civ­il Engi­neer­ing from a rec­og­nized institution.
