Mad­hur Jaffrey 

She is an India born actress, food and trav­el writer and tele­vi­sion per­son­al­i­ty. Her debut cook­book, an Invi­ta­tion to Indi­an Cook­ing (1973) intro­duced the west­ern world to Indi­an cui­sine. She has writ­ten over a dozens cook­books and appeared on sev­er­al relat­ed tele­vi­son pro­gramme. Her most notable pro­gramme was Mad­hur Jaf­frey’s Indi­an cook­ery, which pre­miered in the UK in 1982 . She is the food con­sul­tant at Dawat, Con­sid­ered by many to be among the best Indi­an restu­rant in New york city.

San­jeev Kapoor

He is an Indi­an writer and tele­vi­son per­son­al­i­ty. He hosts the TV show ‘khana khaz­ana’ which us the longest run­ning show of its kind in Asia. It broad­casts in 120 coun­tries and in 2010 had more than 500 mil­lion view­ers. He also launched his own chan­nel ‘Food Food’ in Jan­u­ary 2011.

Tar­la Dalal 

She was one of the most pop­u­lar chefs of India. Her first cook­book, The plea­sures of veg­e­tar­i­an cook­ing, was pub­lished in 1974. Since then she wrote over 100 books and sold more than 3 mil­lion copies. She also ran the largest Indi­an food web­site and pub­lished a bi month­ly mag­a­zine , cook­ing and more. Her cook­ing shows includ­ed The Tar­la Dalal show and cook it up with Tar­la Dalal.

Nilesh Limaye

He is an Indi­an celebri­ty chef. He has also suc­cess­ful­ly played the roald of TV show Host , Author and con­tributed to var­i­ous mag­a­zines and a Restu­rant con­sul­tant. He is nick­named as “Sind­bad the chef” owing to his kin­ship to trav­els . he also man­ages his own entre­pre­neur­ial ven­ture “All about Cook­ing” Ziko­mo (Pune), Trikaya (Pune), Gyp­sy chi­nese (Dubai) and Ten­zo Tem­ple (Thane) are among the var­i­ous restu­rant taht he is associated.

He is an Indi­an chef, TV show host , judge and food styl­ist. His Tele­vi­son shown include Break­fast xpress , snack Attack , Home­made , The Great Indi­an Rasoi etc.
