• Long Jump: 10 Feet
• High Jump: 3 Feet

How to Download SSC Delhi Police PE & MT Admit Card 2026

1. Vis­it the offi­cial SSC website.
2. Open the Del­hi Police Con­sta­ble (Exec­u­tive) Recruit­ment section.
3. Click on the PE & MT Admit Card link.
4. Log in using your Reg­is­tra­tion Num­ber and Password/Date of Birth.
5. Down­load and ver­i­fy the admit card details.
6. Car­ry a print­ed copy of the admit card along with a valid pho­to ID to the PET/PMT venue.
