The Rail­way Recruit­ment Boards (RRBs) have released the RRB NTPC Under­grad­u­ate Lev­el CBT 1 Result 2026 for CEN 07/2025. The recruit­ment dri­ve is being con­duct­ed for 3,050 vacan­cies under var­i­ous Non-Tech­ni­cal Pop­u­lar Cat­e­gories (NTPC) posts requir­ing 12th-lev­el qualification.

The RRBs have also pub­lished zone-wise result doc­u­ments for can­di­dates short­list­ed for the next stage.

RRB NTPC UG Eligibility

Can­di­dates were required to meet the edu­ca­tion­al and age con­di­tions pre­scribed in the offi­cial CEN 07/2025 notification.

Educational Qualification

Can­di­dates should have passed 12th Stan­dard / Inter­me­di­ate or its equiv­a­lent from a rec­og­nized board, with addi­tion­al require­ments applic­a­ble to par­tic­u­lar posts.

Can­di­dates apply­ing for typ­ist posts should also sat­is­fy the pre­scribed typ­ing skill require­ments wher­ev­er applicable.

Age Limit

The pre­scribed age range for the recruit­ment is:

RRB NTPC CBT 1 Result 2026

The CBT 1 result has been pub­lished by the Rail­way Recruit­ment Boards for CEN 07/2025.

The result is pri­mar­i­ly used to iden­ti­fy can­di­dates who are eli­gi­ble to par­tic­i­pate in the Sec­ond Stage Com­put­er Based Test (CBT 2). Can­di­dates short­list­ed for CBT 2 have been iden­ti­fied on the basis of their nor­mal­ized CBT 1 per­for­mance and the applic­a­ble recruit­ment criteria.

The offi­cial result doc­u­ments state that the short­list­ed can­di­dates are pro­vi­sion­al and that the recruit­ment process will con­tin­ue through sub­se­quent stages.

RRB NTPC Score Card 2026

Can­di­dates can use the RRB login facil­i­ty to view their indi­vid­ual exam­i­na­tion per­for­mance and qual­i­fy­ing status.

RRB NTPC CBT 2 Exam 2026

Can­di­dates short­list­ed from CBT 1 will be eli­gi­ble to appear in the next stage of the recruit­ment process.

The offi­cial RRB notice indi­cates that the CBT 2 exam­i­na­tion is expect­ed in the third week of Sep­tem­ber 2026. Can­di­dates should check their respec­tive RRB’s offi­cial web­site for the final exam­i­na­tion sched­ule, city infor­ma­tion and e‑call letter.

The RRB has stat­ed that exam-city infor­ma­tion is expect­ed approx­i­mate­ly 10 days before the exam­i­na­tion, while the e‑call let­ter is expect­ed to become avail­able approx­i­mate­ly 4 days before the CBT 2 exam date.

The offi­cial CEN states that can­di­dates are short­list­ed for CBT 2 based on nor­mal­ized CBT 1 marks and that the num­ber of can­di­dates short­list­ed is gen­er­al­ly up to 15 times the com­mu­ni­ty-wise vacan­cies, sub­ject to Rail­way requirements.

  3. Find the noti­fi­ca­tion for CEN 07/2025 NTPC Under­grad­u­ate Result.
  4. Open the result or short­list­ed-can­di­date PDF.
  5. Search for your Roll Num­ber in the result document.
  6. If short­list­ed, check the instruc­tions for CBT 2.
