Science Stream

Can­di­dates must ful­fill any one of the fol­low­ing qualifications:

• Passed 10+2 (Inter­me­di­ate) with Math­e­mat­ics, Physics, and Eng­lish secur­ing at least 50% aggre­gate marks and 50% marks in Eng­lish.

OR

• Three-year Diplo­ma in Engi­neer­ing in any of the fol­low­ing dis­ci­plines:
  • Mechan­i­cal Engineering
  • Elec­tri­cal Engineering
  • Elec­tron­ics
  • Auto­mo­bile Engineering
  • Com­put­er Science
  • Instru­men­ta­tion Technology
  • Infor­ma­tion Technology
  with 50% aggre­gate marks and 50% marks in Eng­lish.

OR

• Two-year Voca­tion­al Course with Physics and Math­e­mat­ics as non-voca­tion­al sub­jects, secur­ing 50% aggre­gate marks and 50% marks in Eng­lish.

Other Than Science Stream

Can­di­dates must have:

• Passed 10+2 (Inter­me­di­ate) with 50% aggre­gate marks and 50% marks in Eng­lish.

OR

• Com­plet­ed a Two-Year Voca­tion­al Course with 50% aggre­gate marks and 50% marks in Eng­lish.

Medical Standards

Agniveer Vayu Benefits

Select­ed can­di­dates will receive sev­er­al ben­e­fits under the Agni­path Scheme, including:

• Four years of ser­vice in the Indi­an Air Force.
• Life Insur­ance Cov­er of ₹48 lakh dur­ing the ser­vice period.
• Seva Nid­hi Pack­age of approx­i­mate­ly ₹11.71 lakh after suc­cess­ful com­ple­tion of four years.
• Skill Cer­tifi­cate issued by the Indi­an Air Force after com­ple­tion of service.
• Annu­al leave of 30 days, along with med­ical leave as per rules.
• Oppor­tu­ni­ty for up to 25% of Agniveers to be enrolled into the reg­u­lar cadre of the Indi­an Air Force based on mer­it and orga­ni­za­tion­al requirements.
