Eligibility Criteria

Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Can­di­dates must have passed Grad­u­a­tion or Post Grad­u­a­tion with a min­i­mum of 50% marks in any stream from a rec­og­nized uni­ver­si­ty or insti­tute. Pro­fi­cien­cy in com­put­er skills and knowl­edge of Hin­di and Eng­lish will be preferred.

Probationary Officer (PO)

Can­di­dates must have passed Grad­u­a­tion or Post Grad­u­a­tion with at least 50% marks in any dis­ci­pline from a uni­ver­si­ty rec­og­nized by the Gov­ern­ment of India.

Specialist Officer (SO)

Can­di­dates must pos­sess a full-time Grad­u­ate degree, MBA, or rel­e­vant Master’s degree as per the post require­ment. For detailed post-wise qual­i­fi­ca­tions, can­di­dates should refer to the offi­cial notification.
