The Nation­al Board of Exam­i­na­tions in Med­ical Sci­ences (NBEMS) has released the offi­cial noti­fi­ca­tion for Group A, Group B, and Group C Recruit­ment 2026. A total of 53 vacan­cies are avail­able for var­i­ous posts, includ­ing Junior Assis­tant, Stenog­ra­ph­er, Junior Accoun­tant, Junior Pro­gram­mer, and Deputy Direc­tor (Med­ical).

Educational Qualification

Stenographer

Can­di­dates should have passed 10+2 (Senior Sec­ondary) from a rec­og­nized board. Appli­cants must possess:

• Short­hand Speed: 80 WPM
• Typ­ing Speed: 30 WPM
• Must qual­i­fy Eng­lish, Short­hand, and Com­put­er Typ­ing Test.

Pref­er­ence will be giv­en to can­di­dates hav­ing two years of expe­ri­ence as a Stenog­ra­ph­er in Gov­ern­ment, PSU, or Autonomous Bod­ies and knowl­edge of com­put­er word processing.

Junior Assistant

Can­di­dates must have passed 10+2 (Senior Sec­ondary) from a rec­og­nized board.

Appli­cants should possess:

• Basic com­put­er knowledge
• Famil­iar­i­ty with Win­dows, LAN, Net­work­ing, and Office software
• Must qual­i­fy the exam­i­na­tion con­duct­ed by NBEMS.

Deputy Director (Medical)

Can­di­dates should pos­sess a rec­og­nized Post­grad­u­ate Med­ical Degree in the rel­e­vant spe­cial­ty under the Med­ical Coun­cil Act, 1956.

Pref­er­ence will be giv­en to appli­cants hav­ing expe­ri­ence in:

• Med­ical Edu­ca­tion Technology
• Mod­ern assess­ment techniques
• MCQ/MEQ prepa­ra­tion
• Can­di­date eval­u­a­tion methods

Junior Programmer

Can­di­dates must pos­sess any one of the fol­low­ing qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.E.
• BCA
• DOEACC ‘B’ Lev­el or ‘C’ Level
• Degree in Com­put­er Sci­ence, Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy, Elec­tron­ics with Com­put­er specialization
• Equiv­a­lent qual­i­fi­ca­tion from a rec­og­nized institution

Junior Accountant

Can­di­dates should hold:

• Bach­e­lor’s Degree in Com­merce (B.Com), or
• Bach­e­lor’s Degree with Math­e­mat­ics or Sta­tis­tics as one of the subjects.

Pref­er­ence will be giv­en to can­di­dates having:

• Three years of account­ing experience
• Knowl­edge of com­put­er­ized account­ing systems
• Expe­ri­ence in Gov­ern­ment or sim­i­lar organizations
