The Uttar Pradesh State Rur­al Liveli­hood Mis­sion (UPSRLM) has released the Var­i­ous Post Out­sourc­ing Recruit­ment 2026 noti­fi­ca­tion through the UP Roj­gar Sangam (Seway­o­jan) Por­tal. The recruit­ment is being con­duct­ed to fill 63 vacan­cies for var­i­ous posts includ­ing Chief Oper­at­ing Offi­cer, State Mis­sion Man­ag­er, Finance Offi­cer, Mis­sion Exec­u­tive, Data Entry Oper­a­tor, Per­son­al Sec­re­tary, Legal Advi­sor, Tech­ni­cal Expert, and Peon/Office Assis­tant.

• Post­grad­u­ate Degree.

State Mission Manager

• Post­grad­u­ate Degree in any discipline.

Finance Officer

• MBA or Mas­ter’s Degree in Finan­cial Management.

Mission Executive

• Mas­ter’s Degree from a rec­og­nized university.

Legal Advisor

• Bach­e­lor’s Degree in Law (LLB).

Data Entry Operator (DEO)

• Bach­e­lor’s Degree in any discipline.
• CCC Com­put­er Certificate.

Personal Secretary

• Bach­e­lor’s Degree from a rec­og­nized university.

Technical Expert (Value Addition / Processing & Agri Marketing)

• Post­grad­u­ate Degree in Agriculture.
